Our cloud platform is hosted separately at cloud.lab-wizard.com and is covered by its own Privacy Policy, accessible directly within the platform by logging in.

  • Contact form submissions: retained up to 24 months (submissions flagged as spam may be deleted sooner)
  • Server logs: not collected

All personal data is processed and stored exclusively in the United States.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age, nor do we implement formal age-verification measures.
